Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 24hrs of receiving you order with:

• your order number
• a description of the issue
• clear photos if applicable

Once reviewed, we’ll work with you to find a suitable resolution.

To be considered for a return or exchange where applicable, items must be:

• unwashed
• in original condition
• free from marks, damage, or alterations

Apparel

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we may not accept returns on certain apparel items unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.
